Enjoy free delivery for all orders over $100.
Otherwise, packing and postage (PP) is as below:

North Island $8
North Island rural $15
South Island $10
South Island rural $15

Pick up from Mangawhai - Free.

NB - the packaging and postage rate stays the same regardless of quantity.

  • Orders are sent out Monday to Saturday.
  • Delivered in 2-5 business days following payment.
  • This time may increase during peak periods.

Delivery applies to New Zealand addresses only.

We deliver within New Zealand using several major courier companies.
  • The estimated delivery time frame begins the day after your order is dispatched.
  • The delivery time frames are estimates only, an increased volume of orders during busy sale and promotional periods may cause delays.
  • We can not guarantee express post within New Zealand.

Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

If your work has a physical office and accepts personal deliveries this shouldn't be a problem!

Do you offer urgent deliveries?

As long as we have stock available and your payment has cleared, we can get request an Overnight courier.

What if I am not happy with my order?

Please contact us to discuss, we don't want any unhappy customers!

Can I pick up from your warehouse?

You can pick up from our address in Mangawhai, Northland.

Can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking link once your order has been processed and booked on a courier.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?
